🔁 Return Window

NOVERA™ allows return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for processing.

📦 Return Conditions

To ensure smooth handling, returned items should meet the following:

• 🧾 Item is in unused, original condition
• 📦 Original packaging is included
• 🧷 Order verification details are provided

🚫 Non-Eligible Items

Some products may not qualify for return, such as:

• Items marked as final clearance
• Personalized or specially configured products
• Products showing wear, damage, or misuse

💳 Refund Handling

Once the returned item is received and reviewed, the status will be confirmed.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
